I got a 99 civic hx thats just been used to drive to work and go on trips and stuff, its got 150,000 miles on it and i want to start moddin it. is it too late to do so???

Welcome to the forum, enjoy your stay. It is never too late to mod your car. As long as you own the car it can be up for mod.

hell no, never too late, hondas run for ever, 150k is nothing on a honda...just broken in :)....definatly start modding
