    Hello all,
I am new to the forum and I hope someone can point me in a good direction.  I have a 1994 Honda Prelude S that has been sitting for about a month or two without being started.  I tried to start it today and I am getting nothing at all.  Will not crank, no power, lights, dashboard, etc... nothing!

I took the battery up to a local shop and they tested it and it was bad so I got a new one.  I installed the new battery, and I am still not getting anything.  I did not even get a spark of life when I attached the terminals.

BTW, it is currently about 32 degrees outside, so I am not sure if this is contributing or not.  The car has sat in the past for long periods of time and it cranked right up.

Any ideas on where to start with this?

Thanks in advance!
Jay

Welcome to the forum,  check your heavy amp fuses to see if they have been damaged.  Make sure your terminals you're putting on have been cleaned/scrubbed off good.   Do you have a service/repair manual,  this will help you to locate items and fix your car.

Thanks for the response, it ended up being the battery fuse.  I replaced it and the alarm immediately starting going off with my head under the hood.  Scared the crap out of me... but at least I knew it was fixed!  haha.
