How do I get the service reminder light to turn off. I did it once before after a Honda Service guy told me the trick but I forgot it. I thought you turn the key several times, while it's in the ignition of course, and then start it. Any help out there? Thanks

welcome to the forum Murph66: enjoy your stay. press and hold the select/reset button on the right side of the instrument panel. turn the ignition on and hold until the light goes out

just to add to what acmech52 replied - you do not start the car, you turn the key to the number 2 position and hold the reset button - the trip odometer reset button for about 10 seconds. joed2222
